Working Out






              Working out can improve your style in more ways than one. Once, working out makes your body more toned which then maked yourself more attractive. When you notice that you are more attractive and in shape, you become happier than you used to be, and then as a result you will take more effort into your looks in multiple ways. Like buying more and different clothes, making outfits in advance, ect.
              Working out also improves your overall happiness. After working out for a couple weeks you will start to notice your body becoming more lean. In order to continue and keep this transition, you will need to keep going to the gym on a structured scedule. To start you should go to the gym 2-3 times per 7 days. After 2-3 weeks depending on your health and fitness status you can increase the number to 3-5 days a week. Remembering to have a rest day no less than one rest day for every two workout days.
             After your workout, you should drink plenty of water. I prefer water because when you workout you lose water. (saying why should you drink sports drinks if your sweating water, so why not just drink what your body is losing. water). Also, you should eat some sort of protein. Either a protein bar, eggs, or fresh, lean meat.
